California Supreme Court overturns gay marriage ban

The California Supreme Court has overturned a gay marriage ban in a ruling that would make the nation's largest state the second one to allow gay and lesbian weddings.

Now lets just hope that the initiative to put a measure on the ballot in November to amend our constitution to outlaw gay marriage did NOT get enough signatures.

I think they already have the signatures for the ballot initiative, though. SAD. :( It's going to be a major fight to make sure it doesn't pass.
