Anyone else find is suspiciously convenient that Saddam Hussein was found guilty a few days before the election?

On a semi-related note, if my state re-elects the fucking Nazi in Sacramento, it officially sucks. And everyone needs to be bitch slapped. Especially any CSU students who vote for him, since the asshole is planning to raise our tuition (again!!) in a few weeks if re-elected.

Yeah, if I were registered I wouldn't vote for the a-hole. I think that the CSU tuition could be a little lower as it is. But, looking at the popular vote right now I'd say that we don't have a prayer.

Seriously! Well the first thing the ass did when got in office was raise tuition to compensate for not doing that whole car tax thingy. And now he's gonna raise it again. It's frustrating as hell.

I agree it was a politically advantageous timed verdict - but the great thing is - I don't think it matters! The GOP is finally beginning to reap what they so justly deserve. I think tomorrow we're going to take back the House - and maybe the Senate. Mostly though, I hope the Democrats use the next 2 years wisely. Lots of criminal investigations about mis-appropriation of funds, and abuse of power. And setting a cohesive political platform with a clear, strong leader who will win the White House back from these viperous bastards. And that means they need to drop Hillary out of contention; she's a polarizing factor and will never win the presidency. The objective here has got to be more than winning tomorrow - or we're fucked!

As far as Arnold, I wish I could tell you better news - but I know you know every poll has him wiping the street with his opponent. From the extreme outside (NJ here) I don't know much about him. I think i have some reading to do so I can learn.
