weirdqafanI just realized who Hart was! I've been trying to place him all day. And the whole zipped lip thing, 'cuz seriously I was all 'What the hell was that about?'. As was Veronica.
He's that dude who had the film of Logan's mom & the Coronado Bridge in 114 that Weevil threatened to kill if the tape ever got out! This was seriously annoying me until I could remember. And I bet you could literally see the light bulb going off when I remembered.
