I really liked this movie. I didn't think that they would end up together. I didn't think that Aaron was dead, but I didn't think they'd get their happy ending, but they did! And I'm glad.

Yeah, I kinda have to agree about Christian. He seemed to be a little forced with his lines, like acting didn't come naturally to him like it seems with some actors. But he was really nice to look at, so I didn't mind much.

It was a bit like Gale in the first episode of QAF. I actually didn't particularly like his acting. I thought he sounded really fake with his lines and forced and I didn't particularly care for him as an actor. But he definitely got better! And the realisticness during the sex helped boost my opinion of his talent.

And yes I will make icons, when I have some time....

Oh, I love these pics.

Not only did I love the movie...I loved the book even more. It just gave such great insight into Aaron and Christian's feelings and thoughts.

I just hated that there wasn't more. You know I wanted so much more in the hotel scene and the ending scene.

So, like the fanatic I am...if a movie or book doesn't give it to me, I write. LOL!

I already put a hold on the book from the library. I had heard about it from another fan and am looking to reading it.

And yeah, I really wanted more interaction between the boys. When you look at as a whole, there really wasn't that much time that they spent together talking, fucking, getting to know one another. But I still enjoyed it immensely!

Basically, it's about this guy Christian, who's a gay Los Angeles party boy, and what happens when a few mormon missionaries move in next door including in-the-closet-Aaron, whom Christian meets and they fall for each other.

It's a really good movie. I'd highly recommend it!

I really don't know what the difference in the versions of DVDs are. I don't have the DVD, I got to see the movie by way of other means
*averts eyes*

Anyway, you might want to check out this community and ask there. The folks are really nice & I'm sure they'd be able to tell you. I know that some have seen both versions:
